When collecting data using mobile devices (Smartphones/Tablets), our digital data collection platform allows for the following capabilities;
• Decrease error and increase Interviewer efficiency through alternative skip patterns
• Smartphones/Tablets are GPS enabled , making it possible to effectively see all Interviewers on a centralized map, quickly see where the routes an Interviewer has taken and easily identify where each Interview was performed.
• GPS location gives an "eye in the sky view" ability one needs to effectively manage a project.
• Tablets/Smartphones have multimedia functionality including voice recording, video and pictures.
• Once each interview is completed, it is automatically uploaded onto the IRS cloud server via GPRS/3G/4G mobile network allowing the Interviewer to concentrate on the next Interview, if internet connectivity is not available, the system will safely store the data and upload automatically once internet connectivity is available.
